Premiering at the London Fringe Festival 2018


Something Loved is a multi-disciplined play that incorporates the art of storytelling and acting with the artistry and athleticism of dance and inline figure skating.

It is a unique and sentimental show, for the passionate theatre-goer and art lover who relishes seeing new ways to express emotion and an idea.





LAND OF THE ETERNALS:

Beau Ideal's Premiere Production  2012-2013

Land of the Eternals is a show for all ages, which takes audiences into a unique world of myth and legend, while displaying the artistry and athleticism of skating and dancing, in combination with theatrical elements of storytelling, music, acting, visual arts, and more -for an overall unforgettable evening of Entertainment!

Because this is a stage performance, all skating is be presented on innovative inline wheels that closely match the elegant look and feel of a figure skating blade - an exciting new way to showcase skating as an art form!

 

Land of the Eternals has performed both at the Burlington Performing Arts Centre and the Richmond Hill Centre for Performing Arts.  

Beau Idéal performed to a full house in Richmond Hill, receiving a standing ovation.  We were honoured to have Ontario Premier Kathleen Wynne attend the show, as well as the Mayor of Richmond Hill, Mayor Dave Barrow, and several members of Parliament and other VIPs.
